GMART Grocery Enterprise collects the details on this form to create and manage your membership under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

Name, IC or passport number, mobile number, and your login PIN (kept as a hash). The IC number is used to keep one card per person. Your date of birth is read from your IC number, or typed by you if you use a passport. If you choose to add them on the My profile page: email, another phone number, gender, and address.

Why

To issue your member card, apply member prices at the till, and send member promotions. Your date of birth is used for birthday offers. Your email, other phone, gender, and address are optional; we use them to contact you about your membership and offers, and to help us plan outlets and services.

Where it is kept

Your membership record is held in our membership system, run for G-Mart by Beverse Technology Sdn Bhd (Brevity), and reaches the tills at our outlets. The till system runs on a server hosted for us by HG Mini Mart Sdn Bhd. Your online login is kept on Cloudflare servers. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Your rights

You can see and change your email, other phone, gender, address, and mobile number yourself on the My profile page, or at any G-Mart outlet. To correct your name or IC number, visit any G-Mart outlet with your IC. To close your card and delete your online account, ask at any G-Mart outlet or email HQ. Sales records are kept as the law requires. You can stop promotions at any time by asking at an outlet.
